Design and build
The 2026 redesign of the site was carried out at the initiative and under the responsibility of SCP ELI & PIERRE, in compliance with the ethical rules applicable to the legal profession in Togo.
The source code is in HTML5, CSS3 and native JavaScript, with no proprietary framework or third-party tracker. The typographic fonts are self-hosted (Fraunces, Inter, JetBrains Mono) under open licences (SIL Open Font License).
Intellectual property
The entire site — structure, layout, graphics, texts, photographs, trademarks and logos — is protected under copyright, trademark and intellectual property law, in particular by Annex VII of the Bangui Agreement of the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) and by the international conventions applicable in Togo (Berne Convention, TRIPS).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of SCP ELI & PIERRE, is prohibited and would constitute infringement, sanctioned by the relevant articles of the Togolese Criminal Code and by the applicable international conventions.
