  • Counsel and defence of an employee author-composer dismissed by his employer on the title to and assignment of his copyright in the framework of an employment contract, with regard to Article 31 of Annex VII of the Agreement Revising the Bangui Agreement of 02 March 1977 establishing the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI).
  • Counsel to the parent company of a multinational electronics group on a contractual dispute leading to the implementation of an arbitration clause: strategy to defuse proceedings brought in violation of the clause, and consideration of seeking an anti-suit injunction before the High Court of Justice of England.
  • Renegotiation of a master commercial agency agreement with an African partner: review and rewriting of the arbitration clause referring to a possible ICC Paris arbitration, with a view to better protecting the parent company's interests.
  • Drafting, for a State, of a memorandum on immunity from execution over its assets, under customary international law, public international law and French rules of private international law.
