- Counsel and defence of an employee author-composer dismissed by his employer on the title to and assignment of his copyright in the framework of an employment contract, with regard to Article 31 of Annex VII of the Agreement Revising the Bangui Agreement of 02 March 1977 establishing the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI).
- Counsel to the parent company of a multinational electronics group on a contractual dispute leading to the implementation of an arbitration clause: strategy to defuse proceedings brought in violation of the clause, and consideration of seeking an anti-suit injunction before the High Court of Justice of England.
- Renegotiation of a master commercial agency agreement with an African partner: review and rewriting of the arbitration clause referring to a possible ICC Paris arbitration, with a view to better protecting the parent company's interests.
- Drafting, for a State, of a memorandum on immunity from execution over its assets, under customary international law, public international law and French rules of private international law.
- Counsel and defence of a public works company against a public entity before the Togo Court of Arbitration, in a dispute arising from the performance of a public contract.
- Contribution, within a multinational pool of lawyers (Moroccan, Lebanese, Algerian, Rwandan), to advising a major international banking group on an equity investment in several banks in sub-Saharan Africa (Benin · Nigeria · Rwanda).
- Drafting of several legal opinions for a multinational ahead of the signing of a contract worth over one billion CFA francs with the State of Togo: questions on the procedure and conditions for awarding contracts by direct agreement under Togolese public law, in particular intellectual services contracts, and on the nature of the obligations of the service provider.
- Defence of a SAS shareholder against fellow shareholders by implementing an arbitration clause inserted in the company's articles.
- Drafting and review of shareholders' agreements in the context of converting a SARL into a SAS, representation of a client at an EGM on the amendment of the articles, designation of the SAS chairman, legal secretariat; shareholder dispute on the performance of a management protocol agreement.
- Counsel to a cultural undertaking: drafting of artist contracts, obtaining of an artistic entrepreneur's licence, review of artist contracts, conduct of trademark registration proceedings before OAPI, conduct of trademark counterfeit-seizure proceedings before the Togolese courts.
- Drafting of a deed of share transfer and completion of related legal formalities on behalf of the shareholders of a SARL.
- Defence of an NGO director prosecuted for infringement of the copyright of a sculptor.
